Our nutrition program
Harambee Institute of Science and Technology Charter School has implemented a new option available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for School Year 2019-2020.
All enrolled students of Harambee are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of 2019-2020 school year. No further action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a meal application. All the children need do is to show up to school daily to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch. All meals are peanut-free and kosher.
Harambee Institute of Science and Technology Charter School proudly serves hot, nutritious breakfast and lunch in collaboration with Lintons Food Service Management.
